We ship across South Africa with Bob Go, a multi-courier fulfilment platform, so your parcel goes out on the fastest available service for your area.
Free shipping over R800 — nationwide
Orders of R800 or more ship free anywhere in South Africa, including regional and remote addresses. No exclusions.
Shipping rates under R800
One flat rate per zone. Your exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are dispatched the next business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
- Deliveries happen during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or because of courier delays outside our control.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track from the Track your order page on this site, or through the Bob Go tracking portal.

We currently ship within South Africa only.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return — see our Refund Policy for the full terms.
