1. Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
LumiLiving is online-only. All orders are dispatched via our courier partners from Glen Marias, Kempton Park; we do not offer walk-in or click-and-collect pickup.
2. What are the delivery options and lead-times?

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is tiered by order value and location Orders of R500 or more ship free nationwide.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently deliver within South Africa only.
5. How do I track my package?
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also paste the number into our Track Your Order page.
6. What is your returns & refund policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Certain electrical items that show signs of installation or tampering are non-returnable.
7. Is there a warranty on LumiLiving products?
Yes—every product carries a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
8. Which payment methods do you accept?
We support secure checkout with multiple payment methods: major credit/debit cards and instant EFT. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, our support team can help modify or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Our registered address is 67 Weinberg St, Glen Marias, Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa. Please note this location is not open to the public for collections.

For wholesale enquiries (10 units or more of the same SKU) please email us with your requirements and we’ll prepare a custom quote.
