We are an online-only store, but we offer fast delivery to your door within 3–5 business days.
What are the delivery options and lead-times?
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days to main centres, 5–8 to regional and remote areas.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over R800. Under R800 one flat rate per zone applies — R70 Gauteng, R80 Cape Town & Durban, R85 other main centres, R90 regional and remote. Your exact cost shows at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We are working on international shipping for the future.
How do I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package on our website or the courier site.
What is your returns & refund policy?
30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for the full terms, including return shipping.
Is there a warranty on LumiLiving products?
Yes! All products come with a 6-month warranty. We will replace or refund any defective items.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, EFT, and secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
